COURSE EXEMPTION AND TAKING COURSES FROM UPPER CLASS
* Course contents in the ECTS INFORMATION Package are taken as a basis in determining the course exemptions in horizontal transfers. The most basic conditions for course exemption:
1- Course contents are the same,
2-The name of the course is similar (such as Basic Concepts of Law and Introduction to Law, the contents of the courses are the same, only a name difference)
3- ECTS must be the same or more. For example, if the ECTS value of the Introduction to Law course taken by students who will transfer to our faculty from another university is 3, the course is not accepted because the ECTS of the Basic Concepts of Law course given in our faculty is 4 and our student has to take this course again.
* Our first year students cannot take courses from upper semesters. However, our students who are granted course exemption can take courses from upper semesters provided that the course hours do not overlap up to the maximum ECTS limit and a higher class program is available in our faculty.
* While students with a GPA below 2.00 cannot take courses from upper semesters, students whose GPA is above 2.00 but who do not have any lesson from lower semesters can take courses from upper semesters. In addition, students with a GPA of over 2.50 can enroll in courses with a maximum course load of 45 credits, provided that it is not more than the next year.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE SCORING SYSTEM
Negotiating the re-determination of "success grade coefficient, success score and degree of success" in accordance with item (c) of the first paragraph of the 21st article of the Nevşehir University Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education and Training Regulation. Decisions included in the decision dated 24.12.2010:

Chart 2.Films for Calculation of Letter Grades Ranges Using MaxHBP According to Group Levels
e) Using the Chart 1, Chart 2 and MaxHBP, the ranges of letter grades in terms of raw success points are found. According to these intervals, the relevant letter grade is given whichever the student's raw success score corresponds to. For example, for a group with a MaxHBP of 88, the limit values of the letter grades according to their success scores are shown in Table 3.

DESCRIPTIONS
* Contribution of the semester / yearly evaluations to the success grade is 40%, and the contribution of the final exam is 60%.
* The grades AA, BA, BB, CB, CC in the table above are unconditionally successful; DC and DD grades are conditionally successful grades. Students who have a GPA of at least 2.00 for a semester are also considered successful in the courses they took DC and DD grades in that semester. This result is expressed as DC + and DD +.
* There is a relative evaluation system in the evaluation of grades at our university. It is not correct to regard this system as a bell system. However, in general terms, the class average, the success of the course and the student's GPA are the determining factors whether he / she will pass the course or not. In addition, if the students get a grade below 65 in the make-up, they fail the course.
